HOMESCHOOL VOLLEYBALL

Training Schedule

Athletes in the program will commit to a structured weekly training schedule that includes:

  • Volleyball Practice: 3 times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
    Focused on skill development, systems, game situations, and competitive play

  • Strength, Conditioning & Sand Training: 2 times per week
    Emphasis on athletic development, injury prevention, explosiveness, and overall performance

This combination ensures athletes develop both on-court skill and physical readiness throughout the season.

Commitment Expectations

HypeVolley Academy is not a drop-in program. Athletes are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled practices

  • Participate in all team lifts and sand sessions

  • Be available for all scheduled matches and tournaments

  • Communicate early and professionally about any conflicts

Consistent attendance is essential to individual growth and team success. Repeated absences may impact playing time or roster status.

Competition & Travel Commitment

Athletes selected for HVA must be prepared to:

  • Compete in local matches against public and private schools

  • Participate in regional tournaments (Dallas & Austin)

Team Gear & Uniforms

Every athlete who makes the program will receive official HypeVolley Academy gear, including:

  • Practice shirts

  • Hoodie

  • Jersey(s)

All athletes are expected to wear HVA-issued gear during practices, matches, and events to maintain a professional team standard.

Standards & Accountability

HVA athletes are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared

  • Train with intent and focus

  • Represent the program with professionalism and respect

  • Support teammates and coaches

This program is built for athletes who are committed to showing up, working hard, and being accountable to the team and program.
